"Well, here I am again, this time regarding Bear's sister Bella. Yet AGAIN the wonderful physicians and staff took the utmost care of her. Surgery this time needed for Bella. Dr. Carlson performed the surgery and stayed after hours to supervise her post-surgical until she was ready to come home that night. Dr. Conrad handled her post-surgical observation the next day. Both kept me apprised every step of the way. I also heard through the grapevine that Dr. Carlson called on her day off to check on Bella. There is nothing more you can ask of this group. You are all the best and know how much I trust and love you ALL!!!I cannot thank you enough for your excellent veterinary skills and TLC you have shown our cats for the past 20 years! What you did for Bear, AGAIN was over and above what anyone could ask for. This is the SECOND time he needed emergency surgery and Dr. Whittle came in on his day off. Again, Dr. Whittle and this time, Dr. Conrad were just so amazing I cannot say enough about them! Thank you for caring so much & for taking the utmost care of my fur baby."
