"I wish I had the words to express my gratitude to Dr. Francis and ALL of the staff at Mill Creek for their compassion and understanding at a time when I needed it most. My faithful little friend Bella passed on September 29, 2023 and I am devastated, but the staff was so wonderful to such a fearful little cat AND to me, since I was a mess. Dr. Francis explained everything and took such care with Bella, and although I am lost without the companion I'd had for 16 years, the doctors and staff were the only ones who not only cared about my kitty, but understood what it is like to lose them. Thank you all for the wonderful, healthy years that you helped to give Bella, and the compassionate care you gave her at the end of her life."
