"I made the decision to switch vets due to a variety of reasons.1) the previous clinic did not offer appointments 2) the wait time could be in excess of 2hours 3) My pet was never with the same veterinarian 4) my pet was always shaking and stressed during her visits.I am so glad we made the switch. Dr. Carlson was so understanding and made my dog feel at ease. I have never seen her so calm at a vet before.
